Pain management is something that I have specialised in for over 10 years. I work with a range of techniques and have done additional training in pain management with Dr Grahame Brown (How to Liberate yourself from Pain) at the Human Givens Institute. I am also a leading UK expert in pain management for childbirth.

Over the last 12 years I have helped hundreds of people to stop smoking. My clients come mostly through recommendation as they know someone who has been to see me. It’s so satisfying to hear people say how much it has changed their lives – they feel healthier, sometimes able to enjoy holidays and hobbies they were are unable to or couldn’t afford because of smoking. All smoking is smoking whether you are social smoker or a someone who smokes 40 a day, and you CAN stop, whenever you choose. You’ve just got to want to do it.
Each session is 90 minutes, with a 30 minute follow up. It costs £150.

Over the last 10 years I have worked with children preparing for the 11+, GCSEs and A Levels. Exams can be a really stressful time for some children, and for their parents. The hard fact is that, when stressed ,the brain finds it harder to recall information and think clearly. In these sessions I clearly explain why that happens and what you can do about it. With simple but powerful visualisations, as well as simple calming techniques using mindfulness and hypnosis you can all feel prepared, trusting that you can perform your best on the day.
IBS has been extensively researched and is evidence to be very responsive to hypnosis. Having had training with one of the world’s leading experts on gut directed hypnotherapy, Prof Whorwell, I am able to offer a course of gut directed therapy. This is done over 6 sessions of one hour or 12 sessions of half an hour. You will get a personalised mp3 to take away and listen to between sessions as well.
I work with so many other things. I’ve had additional training in tinnitus, trauma, grief and working with children. I’ve also had a DMS advanced check with Lincolnshire County Council.

How much does a session cost?
All sessions, apart from Smoking Cessation, are £60 an hour. Usually I will work with an individual for between 2 and 6 sessions depending on what they present with. Please give me call to chat about your individual requirements. I’m sorry but I do not offer face to face free consultation sessions.
You can book an introductory session of 30 minutes for £25 to have a chat and prepare the groundwork for the first session when you choose to book further sessions.
