How I work with you
Everything that I do with you begins with an intention. I listen to your words but also build a pattern up, noticing what your blocks may be and then using a range of techniques to move through them. Often the response is, "I feel so different, but I don't know what you did".
What makes me different?
I am trained to notice shifts in language, certain phrases and body signals that indicate a block or challenge that is unconscious. This can sometimes be called intuition - after 20 years of working I can often get a sense of where the issue lies and when we are getting close to clearing it.
I don't need to know all the details, unless you want to tell me, I go straight to the feeling and we work with that.
I have a very gentle but assertive way of working and make sure that you feel safely held in the space you are in.

What's your training?
I have a diploma in hypnotherapy (2007) and a masters in language and culture. I'm an accredited member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I've written the bestselling Mindful Hypnobirthing, Mindful Mamma and Mindful Menopause. I write regularly for national press and am an expert in hypnotherapy for women's health. Like any good therapist I have monthly supervision and keep updated with CPD and industry standards.
